Refund policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items within 30 days of delivery.

Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Protection:
Customers who purchase shipping protection at checkout are covered for loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items).
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders without shipping protection are handled on a case-by-case basis.
