Shipping policy

Production & Fulfillment All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping — over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer. Weekends and holidays are not included in business-day estimates.

Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Total estimated delivery time (fulfillment + shipping) is typically 7–15 business days for standard shipping within the US. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as fulfillment times may vary based on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@thelionandthecross.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it. We will make it right, new order or refund 

Shipping Protection We offer optional shipping protection at checkout. Customers with shipping protection are covered for loss, damage, or theft in transit. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items).

Order Cancellations Because items are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
